CompuServe has apparently disabled my usual dialup number; I either get a ring or part of a recorded message when I go to sign on.

None of the other numbers that are close enough to be free will log me on much above 28.8.

I think I'm gonna cry...

The phone lines in our new apartment are old and crappy and need to be cleared out, so we can only get on at 36000, everytime. It sucks.
