And as for "What the", it looks to me like a Markov chain bot. Basically, the spammer has run a program to grab a bunch of text from somewhere, which links a particular word in the text to the word that follows it. It then generates text following these random links.
So, with the two sentences, "Pin the tail on the donkey", and "I put the briefcase on the dresser", we could conceivably get "Pin the briefcase on the donkey", "Pin the briefcase on the dresser," "I put the tail on the donkey," "Pin the briefcase on the tail on the briefcase on the donkey," etc.
That's my guess, anyway, as to why it sort of looks like it makes sense, but actually is on crack.
