Presenting the nonexistent dog that the neighbors don't own

[note to self, that is supposed to be an image and you should figure out serverage so it can be so again]
It's odd, usually they keep him locked in the bathroom for hours or perhaps even days at a time. But twice lately we've seen him peeking out the blinds like this.

Since January we've been telling the office that these people have a dog, and since January the office has been going "dur they didn't register one so they must not have one!" If Sarah and Ted have to pay 20 bucks a month to be allowed to have Peaches, who is the world's quietest dog EVER, then these guys should have to pay to be allowed to have this whining monstrosity.

Ahh, if only the complex management actually cared about enforcing rules. Did I mention that the other day the manager said to our faces that our safety here at Wyckford Commons was in no way, shape or form her concern? That was fun!

Also, Sir Burlypants Of Oregonia, if you ever told me which stickers you wanted, I never saw! You must choose! CHOOOOOSE!

Why shouldst thy noble petitioner have to tarry until next Mon, whence the sun rises from its eastern mooring and sails across the starless sky, searing the land with the blazing fires of the eternal chariot? Prithee, why canst not the petitioner's request be answered, forsooth, with a messenger fleet of foot and heavy of gas pedal, who mayst yet drive this very day to the nearest office of the postmaster, whose clerks, loyal to the crown but first and foremost to the sacred lucre, would be well-and-truly-pleased to affix to the package of stickers, the bounty of adhesives, the hoard of notebook decoratives, to affix to this noble cargo their own brand of sweet, transportation-granting adhesive markings? Why, I ask thee, fair lady of the snail and high Queene of that most northern room of our abode, shouldst this man be kept waiting any longer?

Forsooth.

Oh I see how it is. Only you and Sir Crazypants of Rainytown can rave faux-medieval style about stickers. IT IS AN EXCLUSIVE CLUB I GATHER
