Depends. For its first year, Shortpacked! was a gag comic about a group of people working at a toystore (ignoring a run of autobiographical comics about Willis's unhealthy fascination with toys, said comics having been removed from the archives). They did and said silly things, often involving Batman. If this sounds good to read (and it is) then go for it. Although the "ZOMG DRAMA" isn't going to be as intense if you didn't read It's Walky!, and I don't remember if you did.
