You know, I wouldn't be surprised if he HAD designed it. That would explain Sycamore Hall, at least. One floor of the building does not need to have three separate vertical levels that change at random points! Seriously, guys, stop it!

And why wouldn't you want to have a town in a swamp? You get such a lot of, uh, dank. Really high-quality dank, that.
