So close!
I have literally been waiting for the very nextmost thing to this for at least 14 years now. I know this because I can remember an ill-fated sewing project that happened while I was still in the house that I would move out of in September 1999.
All ThinkGeek needs to do is figure out how to make this version work as a hoodie -- including the sweet texture in the gray panel, and the colored undershirt which don't ASK me how you make that part of the hoodie that's not MY job -- and they have my $59.99 plus tax and shipping. You have no idea.
