I have the family computer singled out to be my Linux machine as soon as it's replaced. Of course, that probably won't occur till 2005 or so, but eh.

Isn't that the twerp kid from Hackers? I love that movie even though I haven't any idea what they're talking about most of the time. But the "the pool on the roof must have sprung a leak" scene ranks up there with the post-swim scene in Room With a View for funniness.

I haven't actually seen that movie. Well, I saw about three minutes of it in class once, but I don't think that counts.

Well, rent this one. It's definitely a costume drama, but the acting is superb--you'll recognize half the actors, I imagine (look--it's Professor McGonigal!). And as I said, the post-swim scene is one of the funniest film scenes I've ever watched. The cinematography is great too. --mothspiral

Well, I do have a few weeks left of intersession... if I remember to, I might just ask mom to rent it for me.

Hey, cool! I'm sure I've never had cause to run into you, seeing as I socialize at school as little as I can, but still... cool.

What ouch? That wasn't a reflection on you, that was just a reflection on 'blerg, eat school, can I go home yet?'ness.
