What's this stalking/stalked by thing? I see no change in my journal, userinfo, or anything. Was I just not cool enough to be pranked upon?

I think you're supposed to be pissed off that lj_serialadder has added you as a friend, and ban him so he doesn't show up on your friends list. But then he'll still be there, and you'll start stalking people. Since this is something which you kind of feel strongly about not doing, you do not get pranked.
