yam a sick nerd today
I wound up going to the health center, and the doctor prescribed medicine for my a-bit-too-frequent headaches, and it is of the drowsymaking. So I wound up staying home from a combination of pain and not-all-here-ness.
Of course, I managed to not call in sick till AFTER my shift started, which is probably the most boneheaded thing I've done in a while. But. I've never been that bright anyway, so it works out.
Most of the people who responded to this are pagans. PAGANS, I tell you.

But then, Voyage Home had whales and Chekov getting shot and McCoy being sarcastic in a hospital. The post-prandial whatamahoochie line was priceless. "What did you tell him she had?" "Stomach cramps." It just doesn't get any better than that.
*pagans away merrily*

But Voyage Home was like what you'd get if you took the Star Trek characters and their technology and made them into a non-science-fiction comedy. Wrath of Khan had more of the serious Star Trek flavor I prefer. =D

Sorry, I always liked that movie a lot. =)
Except that my teacher for French III looked very, very much like Khan... except.. female. o_O;
