I've had the same dream for the past three nights now. AND as a minidream during the nap I took yesterday when I was too depressed to stay awake/online bugging people. Details change, but the basic dream itself remains the same. Trippy.

I wish my breakfast didn't take half an hour to cook. Wah.

I saw a play today. It was an okay play. It was a musical, and I don't like musicals, but it was still nice.

It started at 2, but we left the house about 11:30 because I needed to stop by Joanne's and snag some stuff for my costume. I found the absolute niftiest gray plaid flannel, and the mother actually let me buy some! It's very pretty, and very fuzzy. I'm hoping I won't mangle it in the attempt to turn it into something.

Wound up actually getting to campus an hour before the play was to start, but that was all right. Early is good. You can get to your seat and chill while all the old people (who appear to make up about 3/4 of matinee attendance at CSUF) filter in. Play was good. How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. Apparently finding a pretty girl whose individuality isn't too important to her is part of succeeding in business, but then, I could be reading too much into a character whose only solo is about how she'd be "happy to keep his dinner warm" and hang around waiting till he feels like noticing her after he comes home from work...

My stomach is absolutely killing me (maybe it's protesting the quarter-bottle or so of Code Red I put into it?) and mom got snippy with me on the way home for daring to have to see a play when it interferes with her work schedule (gee, sorry, I only have to WRITE ESSAYS ON THEM...), but I'm still scarily cheerful. I have been for hours now. I'm glad mom didn't notice; she would've thought I was high or something.
