Some guy in EVE has a bio that's all full of agent info. I copied it here for my own reference, but you might be interested too. I don't know how accurate it is but it certainly suggests that production agents kind of suck!
cut for extreme length )
The basic line of my thoughts a minute ago:
"Oooh, sounds like Pandora is playing that Around The World song!"
"...but it won't be Max Raabe, will it. It'll be the original. Oh well, I've never heard the original, this could be fun."
"ATC, eh? Never heard of them."
"Hey! I wonder if Pandora has Max Raabe?"
"Dang."

I've also only ever heard the Raabe cover of Oops I Did It Again, never the original. I don't want to ever hear the original. It can't possibly be a tenth as good.

I have printed out ten copies of Morgan Freeman's head today! I have a very good reason to do so (well, to print out a bunch of them; I didn't actually need all ten), but I'm not going to state that reason, the better to sound like a complete weirdo.

There is apparently chocolate cake in the kitchen. And yet I have not immediately run off to nab a big ol' piece. Instead I'm patiently waiting to get hungry, so I can eat some real food, so THEN I can maybe have cake. Man, what the hell is wrong with me? It's not even a "trying to be healthy" thing, it's a "right now cake sounds nasty" thing. Plainly I am sicker than I thought. Resisting chocolate is not one of the things I'm known for.

SHALL WE RAMBLE SOME MORE POKEY I THINK YES

Actually, no. Nothing else is really on my mind except the new bloodlines coming out in EVE, but I already babbled about that in SocialMUX. Maybe I'll later paste it into a new entry or something. Suffice to say: SPACE MONGOLIANS

There is also the fact that if you are not reading Achewood you are missing out on a really awesome storyline. It more or less starts here, although a lot of what makes it so interesting is the characters, and the best way to get a sense of the characters is to start from ye olde beginning. So in conclusion: READ ACHEWOOD KTHX
"[...]Hm, anyway, through a freak accident involving a swimming contest, women underwear and a milkshake gone bad, I got my hands on some 'Gnome' implants dead cheap.[...]"

......

Sometimes I wonder about the people who coded this game.

I mean, aside from the fact that they obviously need to hire an editor. Or at least use a grammar checker.
EVE won't let me mousepastein my password *cries*

guess i draw some Four Panelses then

bah

maybe i'll play katamari instead...
2006.01.06 10:56:59 Dear players, The servers will be closing now for the daily downtime. Please make sure your characters are out of harms way. See you again in one hour !

-the EVE Online Team

3.14159265358979 Dear devs, Thanks for giving the one-hour warning and then closing the server 53 minutes later. I am now stuck floating in space with one system left before my 14-system route to where I was going would be completed. Thanks for not giving the standard 15-minute warning, either !

-a somewhat annoyed Jenny

I wish I could sleep. I've now been awake for 16 hours on about 5 hours of sleep, and the sweet loss of consciousness is nowhere in sight. Just like every single day until like 8 in the morning. Stupid sleeping issues.
Mecha: these [missions] are so easy, I bet I could earn a million a day just doing them. though the last one had me worried for a minute, this merc had missiles that were OUCH inducing
Mecha: my shield extenders made a mockery of him though
Mecha: they were all 'oh ho ho, you hit for 60 damage a pop, very nice, but we boost his shields by 300!"
Mecha: I lead a very active mental life
Me: I've noticed.

He really should, you know.
