Graphics tablets were 100 bucks both at CompUSA and at Fry's. Wal*Mart didn't have any. Apparently our Wal*Mart isn't as cool as others.

After ascertaining all this, we drove past the neighborhood where we used to live till '99. Lots of stuff is still the same. Not everything, of course. Our house isn't stripey anymore, for one thing. But then, I knew that.

We also got fried zucchini from the drive-in near the old place. Still two bucks even after all these years. And it's enough for two people. They don't give enough sauce, though.

...although now, with my half of the zucchini fifteen minutes in my tummy, I'm wondering if it wasn't a bad idea. Mmm, pain.

*gets into a gigantic self-loathing mood*

*makes a series of typos and minor mistakes, each of which just makes her feel worse about herself*

*is reminded that other people love her even when she hates herself*

*proceeds to cry so hard that she can't breathe*

And now I feel better. Go figure.

Although my head hurts.

Heh.
