When someone with a slow connection is attempting to download from you, and you don't want them to, it's okay to quietly block them. It is NOT okay to send an instant message swearing at them, insulting them, and finishing by noting 'YOU ARE IGNORED', then to block them so they can't even respond. Not everyone has that kind of effing money, and furthermore, we shouldn't have to shell out just to get the privilege of filesharing with you.
