The house I used to live in, circa... uhh... geez. I don't know, that tree in the front yard has been gone a LONG while... hrm... 1993ish.

The house I used to live in, circa now.
Fun stuff, eh?
I still say that fake rock siding is incredibly tacky. And why'd they get rid of the H-door? I mean, sure, there was a hole in it, and it hadn't closed right in years, but it had a giant H on it! Man, that door was the canary's tusks.
In other news, I got stabbed today. Or, put another way, I paid 24 bucks and received an injection in return. Mmm, sweet, sweet heroin. Err, I mean, tetanus booster. Yeah. Yeah, that's what I meant. Not heroin at all. Eheh.
While walking back from the campus health center, where I got the booster, I took the opportunity to pat Davey on the head. I never got a picture of Davey, or I'd link one now, but he's neat. He was a replica of the Statue of David until he was smashed to pieces in the Whittier Narrows earthquake of I think 87 (I read this off the plaque today, so I don't remember it all), and then he was brought to CSUF and installed in his many pieces on the grass there as a monument to all the fallen monuments that have come down to us through the ages. Again, quoting the plaque. He's very cool in an "I am Ozymandias, look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair" kind of way. People like to have picnics on him. I never did that, but I always liked him, and I gave him that last headpat today. I'll almost certainly never see him again.
I ramble. I should continue cleaning/packing. La.
