I'll never understand why I choose to ignore giant-letter warnings... now I think I'm going to feel like crying all day.

In the mail today there was a magazine subscription offer; Glamour thinks I might want it. Heh. Um, no. I gleefully dissected some of the headline thingies on the cover, then tore it up and threw it away.

Then I got up here and realized I wanted to make a post about it.

So I went to the website, hoping to find an image of the same cover as on the card I was mailed. Didn't, but did find an acceptable substitute. And then I looked at the currently-shown covers for a couple other magazines and found more goldmines there.

Thus, I present to you: What The Media Wants Women To Know.




It isn't like I went trolling to find the saddest examples, either. These were the ONLY covers available in semi-readable form on the respective sites.

Heh. So many women are suckers and they don't even know it.
