Anyway! Today at work I was having an email exchange with someone, because we're both weird so sometimes we email back and forth about whatever inane babblings happen to have hold of our brainses at the time. I mentioned defenestration, and in his reply he very slightly misspelled the word. I then supplied the definition of the wonderful new word he had coined, and thus we have:
Defensestration (n) -- To throw one’s self out a window as a method of defense, as against attack or extremely boring meetings.
This is, I believe, the second in what is apparently now a series of "awesome new words that came out of email conversations with this one guy". (The first was "grimlarious", which at the time of my posting had zero google results, and now has a few... but none of them are actually my source post.) (And technically "defensestration" already exists according to the googles but dammit work with me here.) Use it, won't you?
