Okay. Here is the deal on the low-down and so forth and so on.
I have ordered a new computer. It is on its way; should be here by this time next week. Comics will continue some time after that. I may decide to take more time off to build up leadtime, or I may just go with whatever I have at that point.
Computers are expensive. Even cheapie ones like the one I got (not an eMachine, though, I will NEVER make that mistake again). And even though I've found someone who's insanely generous enough to help pay for the thing (which is why I was even able to get it in the first place). Thus, I am at this moment rather in debt to my mother, whose credit card I used to make the purchase.
My point is this. If you would like to help offset the cost of this purchase, you may donate to my hungry, hungry PayPal account. I am not making the return of sd in any way contingent on your giving me money. Its return will come at the same time whether you donate or no. I'm not creating shiny things and then withholding them until I'm paid to show them. If you'd like to chip in a buck or five towards the new computer, great. If not, that's fine too. Not everyone has a buck or five to spare.
If you can't use PayPal, but still desperately want to give away money, donate it to charity. Or email me and I can give you my home address and you can mail a check and hope it doesn't get lost.
Ergo, if you would like to help me pay for my new computer, not because I'm bribing you to with pretty drawings, but out of the kindness of your own heart, then you may click:Right up there.
Thank you.
