The whole front of the car is moulded in one piece which can be removed only by a Volvo mechanic.
Trust me, if it was my car, I'd have that little "bonnet" off with a screwdriver and an allen wrench within the first five minutes. I need to get in there to change fluids and make sure belts are still connected and stuff.
