Here's a big thank you to Little Miss Napoleon Herself. Thanks for the link back, you little rascal I AM ALFALFA, I return the favor. I love this kind of group worship ALFALFA WILL NOW GROVEL, it makes me so happy. Ah! To be the object of so much lucubration! You do realize that Sandra can say that exact same thing regarding you, right? Just checking. I mean, here these kids (you) are reading and writing about me (Mme. K. S. Fuhr) when they (you) could be out, I dunno, interacting with real people, making art, looking at beautiful things, drag racing, frottage, whatever computer-less kids (Elders and therefore Betters) do these days, and yet here they're (you're) lavishing the end of their childhoods (whatever period of your life this happens to be) on me (Fuhr). Also, if I'm still in my childhood, then dangit, I should still get recess. Recess, I say! Ten minutes of running around on the playground! Except at my (second and better-remembered) elementary school only the younger grades could use the GOOD playground equipment, and I switched to that school after I was past the younger grades. Nofair. It makes it all even more worthwhile and gives me the strength to carry on. And so I say to you, you little notice how often this word shows up, along with "kids" -- subtle reminder that such as me is Not Worthy Live Journal Jockeys, like John Wayne says to that poor, freaked out kid at the end of the Green Berets: "You're what this is all about."

ow, I think I even confused myself with some of those comments.
I dunno, really, I'm honestly a bit disappointed. I was hoping for more of a personal attack, instead of the constant all-purpose "youth equals inferiority" thing. And the whole "my spending tons of time reading a strip I hate, and going on about how much I hate it, is okay, but people spending five minutes to be amused at me is just Not Right" thing, too.
Y'know, Ginger, not to change my play style by addressing you personally, but I'm not the only one who's amazed how unprofessional it looks for you to devote your blog to slamming the same person over and over again. At least get a LIST of people to hate, eh? You could always stick me on it. I'd love to be able to declare myself someone's arch-enemy.
