'Round about last summer, TNT was showing reruns of Adventures of Brisco County Jr. I started watching. I got hooked.

THEN THEY STOPPED PLAYING THEM.

Since then I've been coming regularly to tvguide.com, doing searches for Bruce Campbell's name and praying that a Brisco hit would turn up.

Oh, yeah, and I found Catch-22 last night. It was, of all places, under my copy of On The Road. Well, and under Watchmen, but that's less ironic.

Several electronic items in two different rooms just went simultaneously nuts about half an hour ago.

My brother went to turn on the lamp, and it responded by making a horrible noise and emitting large amounts of smoke and uhoh-something's-burning smell. Simultaneously, the TV blanked, the computer in the living room rebooted itself, and the dryer stopped working.

Weird.
