I got to sleep sometime after 1 last night, and was rudely awakened shortly after 7 this morning by brother who is incapable of talking in anything less than a shout, and similarly incapable of walking without stomping. Mmm, tired.
Survey of my condition after yesterday's festivities indicates that I have blisters on the fourth toe of each foot (those toes are deformed on me, and blister easily); slightly sore feet and calf muscles; a stomach that appears to have settled after last night before bed when I very nearly vomited; slightly sore arms; and hands that are VERY stiff and rather sore and that I can't form into fists. All in all, I think I came out lucky. I spent a sizeable chunk of the day not only on my feet and walking, but pushing Becky in a wheelchair while I did so. Did I mention that Disneyland is REALLY, REALLY HILLY? It's insane. They put slopes everywhere. The downslopes are okay except when they're steep and I have to haul back on the wheelchair to keep it from flying off and going Bowling for People, and the upslopes are just murder in general. I didn't mind, tho.
