Okay. First off, try to breath. That's what I always have trouble with, don't know about you. But it's practically impossible to get through it without breathing. Depending on what symptoms you're feeling (they differ..), you might want to lie down with a pillow or something to hang on to. I personally can't stand to be alone, so I gravitate to my parents and cling to my cat or dog. Get a glass of water and drink it slowly..

My headdoctors always talk about self-talk. It's really hard, but just tell yourself that it's all right over and over, or something like that. I know when I get panicky, I also start seeing doom everywhere, but it really is better if you can try to talk yourself to a calmer state. I'm fairly sure that you will be all right, anyway. You're smart and talented and funny, and you're pressumably stubborn enough not to give up on succeeding. It'll be all right. Just ride it through.
