1) Do YOU think you're fat? 2) Do you feel that you need to change that? 3) Are you willing to do something rather than hoping it goes away on its own?
If you answer yes to all of those, then perhaps it's time you make a change. I recommend The Hacker's Diet, the full text of which can be found online with computer tools and explanations of all sorts of things that so many people try to diet without understanding. Otherwise, you should be content with who you are. I'm perfectly content with who you are. If that means anything to you. ^_^
