Mecha and I are apparently going to see Spider-Man 3 at the new Imax in Indy on Sunday -- he says a "three-something" showing. You want in?

Of course, he may go and order just the two tickets before you get a chance to answer the question, in which case oops sorry.

What's the cost for a ticket?

If the ticket price is the only reason you can't come, we'll pick it up. Compared to the outrageous (for the spoiled american consumer) price of gas, it's not that much.

Plus it's a special occasion. It's not just Spiderman in IMAX, it's a newly opened IMAX theatre. Probably still has that new plastic smell.

Well, for me, Spiderman 3 is sort of like the Matrix and Lord of the Rings movies... everyone else in the entire world can't seem to see them soon enough, and I don't really care. I never even watched the second one, and the pilot cut the sound at the best part of the first one. If I were to go, I'd pay for the ticket, but I'm not really that interested. Seems like a long way to go for that, although if we're riding together, it could work. And I might bump into my manager and his family there. I suppose that goes in the "plus" column.

I also hear that the movie suffers from Batmanitis... they can't come up with enough plot for any character, so they throw a bunch of them into one movie and don't do much with any of them. *shrug* If you guys drag me up there, I'll enjoy it gladly, but I don't intend to make my own arrangements. If that works for you, power to.
