From left to right, those're my (approximate, as I haven't gotten on a scale for a while now) current weight (slightly tweaked from the image I uploaded earlier, 'cause I was bored), Weight Watcher's highest determination of my "healthy" weight, and their lowest determination of said weight.

My reactions to the comparison:
Leftmost, I believe I shall refrain from commenting, just so I don't get people responding begging me not to insult myself or something. ;P
Middle, I personally believe needs to gain some weight, at the very least just to even herself out a bit. Her proportions look weird. 'Course, that could be just the MVM thingamahoozit being silly.
Rightmost? Dear sweet SPORK, did she just get out of a concentration camp or something?!

The MVM people probably would not be very happy with me if they knew how much entertainment I was getting out of torturing their poor creation.
