[cilbuP] Owner of Chris's eyebrows, Jenny says, "And on the mainpage of the site it says 'we've switched over to the peoplesoft system [that IU ordered something like 10 years ago, and that is finally done, and that is WORSE in MANY WAYS than the system we had before... y'know, the one we DIDN'T wait a decade for?], you need your peoplesoft ID to log in'."
[cilbuP] Owner of Chris's eyebrows, Jenny says, "So I login to onestart which is the peoplesoft thing. I click a link. Click another link. Click a third which brings up the page with the ID number on it."
[cilbuP] Owner of Chris's eyebrows, Jenny says, "Except as soon as said page loads, it immediately forwards to another one saying 'sorry, your session went over 10 minutes so it expired, please log back in'."

[cilbuP] Owner of Chris's eyebrows, Jenny says, "I'm smarter than they are, though, I screenshotted the page in the second before it forwarded to the 'we are idiots and you are logged out' page. Thus I have my ID and can actually access my own account. Astounding!"
It's really sad that IU actually accepted this garbage. It's seriously one of the clunkiest, slowest, most counterintuitive interfaces I have ever been forced to work with.
