Those of you who have an LJ layout that shows each post's usericon on your lastn page... what the hell style is that? I just checked every single style in the dropdown public list and not one of them was that one...

Ah, got it. All I have to do is learn an entirely new language in order to have individual usericons to each post in a style that has customization beyond "hmm, what color should the text be". Also, being in S1 means that all S2 styles are silently suppressed, not a hint that you'd have more options if you switched, which you can't even do without the sitemap unless you're using the new site layout. Brilliant.

Really, LJ higher-ups, was it THAT hard to put userpic support in S1 entries? Oh, that's right, you don't care what people might or might not want. That's why you made it so people can't use my boings even though I'm very happy when they do. BECAUSE IT'S SO MUCH BETTER THAT WAY.

Sigh. I'm bored and frustrated and just really not in a good place right now. Have had the worst weekendish thing I've had in quite a while, and... hooray... it's still not over yet.
