Got to work, la la ding, poit. Pam noticed my shirt (it's Monty Python ish) and immediately began quoting Holy Grail. Multiple scenes. And she quoted it completely right. This is a woman with grown kids who works a standard office-drone job, and yet she's cool enough that she knows and enjoys Monty Python. Amazing.

About 20 minutes into my day, Chad mentioned registration for next semester.

My immediate response: "Ohmygod. I forgot to register."

I spent about an hour attempting to convince myself that it'd be okay, that I have priority registration, it's not like everything would be full by the time I got home... eventually I gave in, though, and, per Steve's suggestion, called my mommy, went home, and registered. Got all my classes. Yay. Got back to work an hour and a half later. This is why I only got home about ten minutes ago; worked till 5 instead of knocking off at 4:15 like usual. Only lost 45 minutes of ness that way, not an hour and a half.

Highlight of today: we're now a rap group. Our name? DMC. Oddly enough, same as the name of where we work. Jessica doesn't have a name yet, but we're working on it. Chad is DJ Toothpaste. Steve is Sir Scansalot. I am Batchmaster J. And Jenn from Contracts and Procurements, who visits us a lot, is Staples. DMC, featuring Staples. We're all crazy.

Got to listen to Jimmy Eat World album ness today, since Steve was borrowing my Nickelback. I very much need that CD. Yes.

Can't think of anything else from today offhand. I'll be posting about yesterday in a bit, unless I forget.

You probably won't see this, but I wanted to share anyway.

Sophomore year in chemistry, while we were supposed to be working on assignments or something of that nature, a rap group was formed, led by Angelo Santoni (Greazy). We were the Bleach Boyz, an ultra-conservative group with songs such as What Color is the White House?, Bleeding Liberal Hearts are Red, Trickle Down, and my heart-felt ballad, Get Your Hands Off My Gun, You Dirty Communists. Ultra-conservatism is funny sometimes.
