Mmmkay. I just deleted a good number of people from my friends list. Said list is STILL not as small as I'd like it, but at least it's under 50 now. Too many interesting people out there to read aboot.
If you are one of the several dozen who was dropped, please do NOT take it personally. In almost every case, it wasn't that I didn't LIKE reading your entries, it was just that the sheer NUMBER I have to wade through every day makes it hard to read any at ALL (I don't know how people manage this with triple-digit friends list... of course, maybe they can catch up during work hours, that probably helps). I kept having to delete people just because of the length or frequency (or even infrequency) of their postings... *makes face*
So. Again. Sorry to anyone who feels bad about being dropped. It doesn't mean I don't like you. "Friends" list is a misnomer in that. It just means that I suck and no longer have enough time to pay you the attention that a place on my friends list would suggest.
Eventually I might add everyone back and use that kooky "default view" thing, but as attempting to edit friends groups = lots of computercrashy fun, I want to try it sometime when I'm NOT constantly tired.

I was cleaning mine up last night and hovered over your name...

As you said...still friends...
Take care.
