The circuit problem

Thanks to all who responded. The fact that multiple people got results similar to my own led me to not work out the algebra for the umpteenth time, but instead to look at other aspects of the problem. And I realized that I had both borked up on the truth table and managed to build the circuit with a NOR instead of a NAND. Geez. To think I stared at that thing for hours on two different days before finally noticing. NOR !== NAND, STUPID SELF

So. It's working, and I'll be able to turn it in tomorrow. Yay.
