- Do the Informatics lab assignment due today
- Do the Informatics homework assignment due today

Facts learned this fine morning:

- Can't complete the lab assignment because the instructions say to save as a PDF in Word WHICH I CAN'T BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH SAVE OPTION
- Can't do the homework because IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON THE COURSE WEBSITE

La la la la ding. At least it's only about seven hours till my weekend. Meanwhile, I hate the universe.

Actually, if your computer has Acrobat writer on it, you don't actually "save" the file, you choose print, and then choose Adobe from the printer options. A completely unintuitive change they made in the last few versions.

There are free programs you can download, but I don't have any handy links. Also, the Adobe page will let you create 5 free adobe pdfs online.

This is an MSWord assignment. Even if I did by some strange chance have Acrobat Writer, I should still be able to do the assignment with, oh, the program we were TOLD to do it in.

I noticed the 5 free thing on the site, but again, I'm not going to go put extra things on my computer or sign up for extra things because the instructor didn't bother to notice that he was telling us to do something we couldn't do without bringing in outside help.
