In the mail today:
Take THAT, music industry. THAT is thirteen bucks and change that YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN HA HA HA! A good use of it, I think, would be to buy a CD where the money doesn't go to the big guys... maybe Common Rotation has something they put out themselves that I could buy, or maybe there's some old OK Go stuff I don't have yet (assuming that Capitol doesn't get the money to all that now, I really don't know). Or maybe I'll just buy used CDs. Or maybe even just stick it in the bank and forget about it. Haven't decided.
Last night we saw a production of Richard III. Kicked ass. I love Shakespeare. Or, for you annoying sticklers out there, I love the stuff that is by general consensus attributed to Shakespeare, however erroneously. Geez, people. Live a little. (It's okay, I love you anyway.)
Richard there is SO a role model for the mecha. Plot merrily, kill everyone, rise to power. Everything except the dying anyway bit. Yeah.
Now I have a headache, a stomachache, am exhausted, and have a two-page thing to write for tomorrow, so I shall attempt to not die for a bit.
Kbye.
- One Visa card application thing each for me and mecha (ripped into pieces, some pieces thrown away downstairs, some up here)
- One wad of advertising circulars, dumped on the table for possible later caring about
- One letter from Shonen Jump asking me to resubscribe, which given that I never got a few issues and mecha never got a BUNCH I'm not sure I want to do even if it is an awesome awesome deal when the magazines actually come
- One check for $13.86 as part of that CD settlement thing that I'd forgotten about
