So I go to clean out my Apache server logs after WAY too long (the access log is 45 megs...), and find a few variations of the following weirdness therein:

I do wonder what a URI is, though.

URI is another name for URL.

That garbage is most likely a worm trying to infect the webserver, which in most cases only works if it's an unpatched version of Microsoft IIS.
