I can has social life?

napoleonherselfHa ha ha ha ha, no, not really. But Saturday night I still, like, went out and did stuff! With someone other than just mecha, for the first time in, I dunno, ever.
What happened is there is this one super awesome guy at work, and a while back I was talking about awesome things that exist in downtown Madison, especially this one restaurant named Samba that is like dying and going to carnivore heaven as long as you're okay with your meat being rare. And he was all "nope never been there downtown is scary there are wolves and they will eat me", and I was all "ZOMG YOU ARE GOING THERE SOMEDAY IF I HAVE TO TAKE YOU MYSELF."
So Saturday mecha and I and Super Awesome Guy went to Samba and a delicious meal was had by all. Then we went to his place and watched things on his magical talky screen! Then mecha and I went home and I read webcomics for a while and eventually went to bed.
That's about it, really. But it's pretty historic, so I'm blaggin' it. Between this and the "yay I has a house now" party that someone else at work has invited me/mecha to on the 12th, I may even start to look like a halfway socially-well-adjusted person. That shit ain't right, yo.
Now to sleep finally. We stayed up watching Riding The Bullet for Sundays With Stephen, which on the one hand why did I give up sleep for such a lousy movie, but on the other hand if I gave up and went to bed early then the movie would have won. Mumblegrumble dumb terrorist movie mumble.
